Please note that we are not doctors in an MD sense, nor should you change anything without consulting one first. But what we are doctors of, or well, the best jude of character is, our own stories and life. And that is why we share these "Confessions" types of events people have gone through in their life, so you can make sense of your own story, too.

Kylie is someone suffers from "Adrenal Fatigue" and quite recently a few of my friends have come forth and confided in me with the same ailment. All have found holistic healing through vitamins, small amounts of exercise, and Acupuncture or chiropractic types of experiences. It's a sort of "all natural" healing, although I still advise you to consult a professional before trying this. It is still safe to say it's worked for others too. That's no doubt.

So if you're feeling depressed, suicidal, or just flat out burnt out all the time and have not found any answers, please read Kylie's story below on how she is overcoming Adrenal Fatigue. And then follow the link to her Instagram page if you feel like asking her more about her experience or seeing the gorgeously happy photos she has, now looking healthy and vibrant!

Kylie's Story

"Over the last year and a half, I've been fortunate enough to have been introduced to, and become enlightened, on the topic of adrenal fatigue. For years, I thought I suffered from sadness, suicidal thoughts, and chronic fatigue because of my depression. Did you know that an estimation of about 80% of people suffering from depression are actually suffering from Adrenal Fatigue, OR have some kind of thyroid issue? (Link: You see, the adrenals are the little glands located above your kidneys. If these glands are flatlined or aren't functioning properly due to not enough support or nutrition from certain vitamins and minerals, they start to slow down the other working parts of your body. Your adrenals help other parts of your body function properly, such as your hormones, metabolism, stress management etc. If your adrenals are flatlined, you feel groggy, wired but tired, depressed, suicidal, and/or borderline psychotic (in stage three of AF).

It's important to do your own research online and go through with seeing a naturopath if these are (some and/or all) of the symptoms that you are feeling. Regular western medicine doctors will diagnose your symptoms as schizophrenia or depression, will put you on medication that will only cover the problem, not heal it, and send you on your marry way. A naturopath or a nutritionist will help you to figure out your symptoms and will direct you on which vitamins you should start a regime with, so that your adrenals can build back up and you can start your healing process. Keep in mind that once you are on this path and taking specific vitamins, vivid or weird dreams may occur and some flashbacks may occur, but this is only because your adrenals are kick-starting and beginning to function again.

The website that I have linked above and below this is a great researching tool that can help get you onto the right track! If you have any questions, feel free to message me on Instagram @amindoutloud. However, I am not a doctor or a nutritionist who can give you a full analysis. I am here to answer any questions you may have. You deserve the ultimate happiness in this life. Please know that your pain is temporary, and with the proper care and vitamin regimens, you have a high chance of beating this health condition."
